Unfortunately we do not do any make-up classes or pro rate tuition.
In the case of inclement weather every effort will be made to schedule a make-up day, although it is not a guarantee. There are no refunds for bad weather.
Partial refunds are not given. A full refund will gladly be given in the event of injury or illness preventing a child from being able to swim at all during their session (ie: broken bone, stitches, stomach flu etc.). Refunds are not given because of vacations or schedule changes.
